Bespoke Art Workshop Duration: 2 hours Capacity: Up to 8 people Price: £200 (includes all art materials) Refreshments: Tea and biscuits during the workshop provided Why Choose an Art Workshop? Hen Parties: Celebrate the bride-to-be with a fun and artistic activity that everyone can enjoy. What to Expect: Guided Creativity: Step-by-step demonstrations to help you explore various techniques and materials. Personal Expression: Encouragement to experiment and develop your unique artistic voice. Relaxed Atmosphere: A supportive environment where the focus is on enjoyment and the creative journey. The workshop is held in a classroom at Otley Courthouse. The space is safe and secure, with toilets located just outside and a lift for accessibility. You're welcome to arrive 15 minutes early to decorate or prepare the room; I'll be setting up for the workshop during that time as well. After the session, you'll have 15 minutes to take down any decorations. Optional Room Hire: Extend your creative experience by hiring the room post-workshop for £25 per hour. Bring your own food and drinks, play some music, and continue the celebration in a relaxed setting. Booking Details: Reserve Your Spot: Email me with your preferred dates, and I'll check the calendar for availability. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 10 working days before the workshop date. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify me before the final payment is due. Cancellation Policy: Once the final payment has been received, no refunds can be issued in the event of cancellation, as materials and room hire will have already been arranged and paid for.


Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions Welcome to The Drawing Room. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and expectations for our art classes. 1. Booking and Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in a class. 2. Refund and Cancellation Policy Refunds are issued at our discretion and only if requested at least 7 days before the start of the first session. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the class start date. If a student is absent or cancels a session for any reason, no refunds or make-up sessions will be offered. 3. Class Cancellations by The Drawing Room If we need to cancel a lesson for any reason, we will offer an alternative date. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a refund for the canceled session. 4. Photography and Media We may take photographs during classes for reference and marketing purposes. These images may be used on our website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or have images of your artwork taken, please inform us before the start of the session. Students should seek permission before taking photographs of others or their work during a session. 5. GDPR and Data Protection We take your privacy seriously and comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018. Any personal data collected (e.g., name, email, contact details) is used solely for booking purposes, communication, and updates regarding classes. We do not share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except when required by law. You have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Code of Conduct We foster a respectful and supportive learning environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund. Any resources provided during the course remain the intellectual property of The Drawing Room and cannot be reproduced or distributed without permission. 7. Liability The Drawing Room is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during a session. Students are responsible for their personal belongings.
