Summer Sketchbook: A Three Week Creative Course Capture the season in full colour with this relaxed and inspiring short course, designed to help you build a beautiful summer sketchbook – your own visual journal full of colour, texture, and creativity. Each session will guide you through a mix of drawing, collage, composition, and surface exploration. We’ll experiment with layering, mark-making, and mixed media techniques. Whether you're brand new to art or returning to it after a break, this course is about personal response, not perfection. Expect warm, friendly guidance, lots of ideas to get you started, and space to develop your own creative voice.

Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions Welcome to The Drawing Room. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and expectations for our art classes. 1. Booking and Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in a class. 2. Refund and Cancellation Policy Refunds are issued at our discretion and only if requested at least 7 days before the start of the first session. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the class start date. If a student is absent or cancels a session for any reason, no refunds or make-up sessions will be offered. 3. Class Cancellations by The Drawing Room If we need to cancel a lesson for any reason, we will offer an alternative date. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a refund for the canceled session. 4. Photography and Media We may take photographs during classes for reference and marketing purposes. These images may be used on our website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or have images of your artwork taken, please inform us before the start of the session. Students should seek permission before taking photographs of others or their work during a session. 5. GDPR and Data Protection We take your privacy seriously and comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018. Any personal data collected (e.g., name, email, contact details) is used solely for booking purposes, communication, and updates regarding classes. We do not share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except when required by law. You have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Code of Conduct We foster a respectful and supportive learning environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund. Any resources provided during the course remain the intellectual property of The Drawing Room and cannot be reproduced or distributed without permission. 7. Liability The Drawing Room is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during a session. Students are responsible for their personal belongings.
