Service Description

Duration: 2 hours Capacity: Up to 8 children Price: £160 (includes all art materials) Refreshments: Juice and biscuits during the workshop provided What to Expect: The workshop is a drop-off session held in a classroom at Otley Courthouse. The space is safe and secure, with toilets located just outside and a lift for accessibility. You're welcome to arrive 15 minutes early to decorate the room; I'll be setting up for the workshop during that time as well. After the session, you'll have 15 minutes to take down any decorations. There's also a café downstairs where parents can wait if they'd like to stay nearby. The session is led by a qualified art teacher (me). During the workshop, I will guide the children through a fun and engaging art activity. With step-by-step demonstrations, each child will be encouraged to explore their creativity, experiment with different materials, and enjoy the artistic process. The focus is on having fun and fostering love for the 'creative journey'. Optional Room Hire: If you'd like to extend the celebration, the room is available for hire after the workshop at £25 per hour. This allows you to bring in your own food and drinks, play some music, and continue the festivities in a relaxed setting. Booking: Send me an email with your desired dates and I will check the calendar. To secure a date for your art workshop, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 working days before the party date. If you wish to reschedule, please notify me before the final payment is due. Once the final payment has been received, no refunds can be issued in the event of cancellation, as materials and room hire will have already been arranged and paid for.
